​Liquid Nitrogen Doser

CVS's mini liquid nitrogen doser M2100
is a miniature version of equipment used in mass production lines that can be easily accessed by a variety of businesses from small-scale cafes and manufacturers of cans and PET bottles.

The mini liquid nitrogen injector injects a small amount of liquid nitrogen to prevent the container from being crushed completely and maintain the quality of beverage by suppressing the amount of dissolved oxygen.

Can seaming causes the can to be crushed due to the difference between the inside beverage temperature and the outside temperature.

If a small amount of liquid nitrogen is injected, however, the liquid nitrogen inside is vaporized and the internal pressure rises, making the can full.

3.When sealed with a can seamer, the liquid nitrogen vaporizes, and the can becomes full.

It can suppress the change of taste.

The liquid nitrogen injected at the top of the inside of the can vaporizes, releasing air and oxygen.

Nitrogen gas, an inert substance, takes its place to suppress the growth of microorganisms.
